someone DOES have the advantage! I DONT SCREENHACK,but my brother does. so who has the advantage? he does. i dont use powerups. my brother does. who has the advantage? he does. some people dont play like N00BS. some people dont cheat. only noobs screenhack. if you win because of power ups and screen looking, your a N00B.

BUT YOU CAN SCREENWATCH. So its not cheating. Just cheap.

I think that screen watchers are just spoiling the game for themselves. It is more realistic when you use the motion tracker to find your enemies and more fun. I find myself constantly looking straight into the ground hiding my sniping position from watching eyes. On levels such as 'Boarding Action', they actually say out loud to each other in the team 'he's at Blue level 5' etc. it really gets on my nerves.

Hey the only people who think that screen watching is cheating are usually the people who can't do it.

It isn't if you are playing for fun, but thats why you can link X-Box's. And if you realy need the motion tracker, or "-blam!--DAR" then you have no buisness in HALO, for the real experiance is playing linked X-Box's in different rooms, without the tracker.

People who say the other person can screencheck, sure they can if they want to, but many people would rather give the game a realistic feel and others dont want to lower themselves to that level!
To those who say it gives them no advantage, thats just wrong, you could look at someones screen, see where they are and then work out a way to get there behind the person for a quick hit round the head! Or you may see yourself in the sights of someones scope and then dodge the shot! Or you could not go through a teleporter because you just saw a guy grab an overshield, or maybe pick up a shotgun! Those are definate advantages!

Screen watching is definitely a form of cheating. The good thing about it though is that if someone does and I catch them I can wipe the stupid smirk off of their face with a good ol' fashioned punch.

Screen watching may be cheap but it's far from cheating. Any good player who is forced into playing split screen will more than likely check other's screens and just pwn because of their superior knowledge of the map. I believe if you're all gonna play on the same tv instead of hooking up a LAN and getting in teams then yeah, you should be victim to screen watching. Also if someone is screen watching in a LAN and 'looking down the hall' as one dude said then you guys must really suck cause if someone got up and walked all the way to the door to look down the hall to see where any of our players was he would have died 5 or 6 times in the process. Simply put space between the TVs and use low sound to prevent screen watching and hearing. When you are on teams tho, screen watching your teammates is vital and one of the biggest keys to winning so in that sense of screen watching it's exactly what you should do.

I dont consider it cheating, but it is very cheap. if i couldnt beat anyone without screen watching then i would just quit. it takes the fun out of the game for someone to know where you are at all times.

Screeen watching is not cheating because the opportunity is there for anyone who has the ability to take advantage of it. Also don't whine that you can't do stealth because of screen watching because Halo is not a stealth game and you know deep that you screen watch too, everyone does, so accept it and move on with your life. Those who say they never screen watch are liars. Also if you don't screen watch you a volunitarily giving up a tactical advantage which is not smart, unless you are trying to lose.

If its on the same screen then no but at LANs when a whole team is on T.V. and another on a different T.V. then its cheating.

On The subject of Team LAN games... it has happened and I will admit that I was upset about it (since it was Team CTF).

But I did eat and swallow my words.... I do like the challenege in the end.

I think if you can watch screens and watch your own a$$ then you deserve the right to do it
OTHERWISE BRING YOUR OWN XBOX AND TV !!!!
That's how i see it.
I love rockets on hang em high- When i send a rocket and my buddy comes from around the corner un knowingly and it hits em in the face , and you watch the whole thing go down muhahahahaha

Also like the guy up there said, everyone does it the difference is that i'm better than them at it. That's why they get mad. Try this: sneak up on someone who complains about screen gazing then if they're not completely clueless, see how long it takes them to peak at your screen and see themselves being stalked. They will jump up and down spin and shoot like crazy before they even face you. Now Call them out!! SCREENGAZER WHAAAAA !!!

OH YEA.....MUHAHAHAHAHAHA

- Well said Steven everyone knows they are screen watchers except of course for Matt and Josh, perhaps, that is why everyone loses to us, we are just to good of screen watchers. I mean half the time we die because we are to busy watching other peoples screens. I don't know if it is fair to other people if we screen watch, but someday we will find someone who will wipe the floor with us, and then we will know who is the real master of screen watching. - Jess

BlueReaper Signing Off

!!!VAK ZOOI!!! is a term frequently used in multiplayer.

Gamertag: BlueReaper

I think its quite concerning to see so many people are screenwatchers, I wonder what happens when these voyeurs play on a LAN. Think about the options for live.
I don't mind multiplayer voyeurs though, they are more fun to kill.
I say keep doing it.
