I think that it depends on the situation. I agree with what PositvIndividual is getting at here. A winner uses any tactical advantage that he himself can find. I think getting someone in the other room specifically for the purpose of screen watching is lame and punishable by death (as is looking away from your TV entirely to look at someone elses)...but remember, if someone can watch your screen than you can also watch theirs (e.i. you are on the same TV. Yes it changes the game, you can longer snipe someone as easily or stealth kill them...well adapt your tactics to the situation you find yourself in. I know its possible for all you halo-ers out there. None of you could honestly say that you play the same way on Bloodgulch or Sidewinder as you do in Chiron or Longest
I personally dont look at other screens to find out where people are, but lets face it, most of us only have one XBOX and a 20 inch television...it can be hard to not notice things if your are an observant person.
In short, screen watching is not cheating when it is an equal tactical advantage. It is simply another tool, which you can add to your arsenal. However, once you start to actively search out a view of someone on another TV that is when things get sticky.
