To be honest, I feel as if I was banned for reason, but alas, I am not sure as to who I am supposed to take this up with. I haven't posted here on Bungie before though I have had an account...
Still being honest, I do have two Xbox 360's in my house, but before anyone jumps to conclusions, I wasn't nor have been boosting in any way. I know I was playing a match on Isolation when I got the EXP ban and I'm confused as to why.
It was me, and two friends (a total of 3) on one console, and more of my XBL friends and were just in the middle of this match (which was unforgettable because I had just pulled of one of the most epic headshots on one of my friends as he was boosting on a Ghost) and as we were all "hoopin' and hollerin'" I get the message on my screen and we were all like "WTF?!"
As of this message I have found out that the other friends I was playing with on this match also ended up getting the EXP ban. Odd. They say you get banned for boosting, but won't get banned for continuously winning or continuously losing, or partying up with friends without the intention of cheating or boosting. That's exactly what we were doing... Just having a fun time.
After looking through the details of this site and the info about it, I don't understand how Bungie can claim that this process, though automatic, is basically flawless because as I see it, it's obviously pretty flawed.
I just feel that there should be another process to figure out who/how someone is cheating and getting banned when in my mind (and my friends) were doing nothing wrong. We're just all puzzled as to what we did to get such a message.
Hmm.
You said you were banned during a game of Isolation.
Are you still banned?
Because, looking through your Recently Played games, it seems you have played a few games of Rumble Pit recently...
