But the fact of the matter is you are still meeting the achievement criteria. Achievement goes on in nearly every online game. Look at GoW. Achievements matches all the time. Banning people for doing it will not stop it. The way to stop is by not putting online achievements in like CoD 4 and look how well there online system went.
Gamesaving, Profile glitching and all that stuff is SOLID CHEATING. With boosting achievements you are not actually gaining personally in Halo 3, your gamerscore is gaining. Which is why Achievement boosting should not get you banned. EXP boosting yes, but I was not guilty of that as I was boosting achievements.
Anyway I have complained to Microsoft and I know a guy who is actually getting decent progress through that way so I guess I will stop hit my head against the Bungie wall as its getting me nowhere.

Bannable offence in bungies eyes is what matters, they created the rules, if you intend to play halo, live by them :D
