"Drastic measures will be taken."

This is my last response to MJCUGS07, the randy internet cop who likes to tell everyone how it is;)
No one has ever been banned for legitimately playing the game as it was meant to be played.
yes, yes they have, i have, people i know have and clearly quite a few people on this forum have. i got banned from gaining credits for "two weeks" while playing team snipers, and then about 3 hours later the ban was lifted. i didnt do anything violating the code of conduct at all in snipers, or any gametype on reach for that matter, yet i still got banned for a few hours, and then my ban was lifted, oh about 13 and a half days early, which proves that the banhammer is banning people incorrectly.
When you play with your son, if you're learning the game then do not play on Live. Just play local while disconnected from live and you can learn like that. Once you have the basics down, then go online.
no, that's stupid and unfair, if someone is not skilled at the game, they are still 110% allowed to play, there is not rules anywhere at all that state "if a player only gets a few kills every game and does bad, he/she should play offline until he/she improves" thats just unfair and stupid. if someone isnt good at the game, they have the same rights to play it as anyone else. all of your arguements are single sided and rude. please just go play halo reach and stay off the forums, stop trying to poice them ,especially when your not even an honorable member (meaning you haven't even been on xbox live for 1 year, ive been here for almost 3).
Nover Elmo,
(1) Being unbanned early proves nothing. All it proves is that someone decided to lift your ban. It could be because someone was feeling nice, or someone made a mistake, or they decided to unban all the people that whine the most. The funny thing is, you complain about me because I gave my opinion about something and told everyone that it's an opinion. Meanwhile, you turn around and give your opinion on something when you have no facts and proclaim it to everyone as true. The door swings both ways, hypocrite.
(2) Nowhere in the rules does it say "if a player only gets a few kills every game and does bad, he/she should play offline until he/she improves", you are right about that one. However, nowhere in the rules does it say that Bungie won't ban you because they feel you're trying to cheat. By signing up for online play, you gave Bungie the authority to ban you.
(3) Everyone has the right to play the game, no one has the right to cheat. If the banhammer is SO inaccurate and bans people all the time for not cheating, how come I have never experienced this glitch and been banned for no reason? How come not one person I know that plays Halo has ever experienced this glitch and been banned for no reason? How come the forums don't have thousands of posts every day from the armies of people that have been wrongfully banned? Maybe this is because the vast majority of people don't cheat, and the few ones that do are the ones on the forums whining about how they have been wrongfully banned.
(4) If you don't like my posts, you can stay off the forums. I have no sympathy for anyone that has ever been banned because I don't enjoy loading up firefight or matchmaking and playing with someone that stands still almost the entire time. It's cute how they'll pick up the controller for a little bit and get a few kills so it looks like they're just "bad" at the game and not actually cheating. It's even cuter how they think that actually works.
(5) How am I policing the forums when I have no authority to do anything? If commenting on things that people post is policing, then no, I won't stop. Also, under that definition, you should stop policing the forums also.
(6) Being an honorable member means nothing. Congratulations, you entered in a username and password before I did. The world is a better place.
