Oh boy, so you give 5 examples some of which aren't even played back to back? Nice try, but that isn't enough for 1. To give me a permanent ban after only have my live account for 12 days, and 2. I will explain all of these games as a monkey with no brain can explain (I know all of these games simply because I haven't even played THAT many games to begin with):

Cut Short to save space.
Does Lets start with this game. Simple. We slaughtered the team. We were up by more than 20 kills +. One person quit, and a ripple effect followed with the last too. Obviously these people don't want to finish when they are getting slaughtered like this. This never happened to you? People quit because they are losing by a lot?
This Qualify Another very simple explanation. Obviously, the game took a LONG time to load. I was party leader, none of my team left. If a game takes too long to load sometimes, people quit. Not my fault. I am a person who DOESN'T quit. I wait for at least 6 minutes before I leave. My college connection isn't the best, so I am a patient person. Something that is out of my control.
For Host IP Booting Another plainly simple game. We again slaughtered them. The opposing team obviously sucked if you looked at the amount of kills they had. Again a commonplace for people. If you are losing by a lot and no chance of winning, people quit. And once one person quits, another will follow till the whole team quits. This NEVER happens to you? I THINK NOT.
Connections laggy yeah right... I explained this one earlier. But I again will explain. Game took a long time to load, ALL OF MY team quit, and 2 people on the other team stayed. The game was a 2v1. Not my fault I was better than these two people. The game was close before I got 2 double kills and got ahead of them. One person then quit because they knew they couldn't beat me, and the next person followed. You can't tell me it is impossible to win 2v1? 2v1 is very possible to win if you know how to play well.
Innocence denied.
I've noticed, since I've been dening so many peoples innocence they have stopped posting 'mainly' Again, another game were we were whooping some ass. Once one person quits, and losing by a lot, then the other teammates will follow. This is a commonplace in Halo 2/3. I commend the last person for staying, at least he had the guts to stay. I am a person WHO never quits, no matter how good or how bad I am losing. I am not quitter. People quit a lot when they lose, that is how Halo 3 is played a lot.
As you see, all of these examples were EASILY explained. This happens all the time to me. I don't know what Host IP Booting is, but I can tell you that I have no control over my connection. I am at the mercy of my college when it comes to how good my connection is. I really hope Shishka will see that I have done nothing wrong here and a legitimate Halo 3 player.
And to top it off, reading the Halo 3 Banhammer details, and I quote:
The following things will not result in a visit from the banhammer:
* Lag (poor or intermittent network performance).
* Occasional disconnects due to inconsistent network conditions.
* Playing with the same group of friends over and over using the party system as long as this is not for the purpose of boosting.
* Losing games over and over again as long as this is not for the purpose of boosting.
* Winning games over and over again as long as this is not for the purpose of boosting.
I can't help my sometimes poor connection, it is my college's fault. I did play with the same few friends and we won a lot, which made a lot of people quit out of frustration. And I did lose a couple of games in a row because my partners were more jerking around than playing.
Sorry cookie, but I want Shishka to really give me the explanation. You gave me a bunch of random games and tried to pin something on me I didn't do. I bet you anything, if I looked through all your games, I could find very similar games as well. We all have them. We all have games were we do good and people quit as a result.
I would like to see you TRY to rebuttal this. I think the Banhammer is a great way to get people cheating, but I think that it is flawed as well as it may get innocent people who may have look like they are cheating but not.
