Lately I've noticed several people with misleading links, going to those sites where it says some stupid thing like you're now a zombie/vampire or your brains been eaten. Before, weren't the rules against these (No misleading links) strictly enforced? So shouldn't they be enforced now?

Well as long as they are harmless then no not really. Pratical jokes are funny. However if they are leading to an objectional site such as -blam!- or a politicaly/racial oriented website then that is a violation of the code of conduct and should be reported imideatly.

Most websites that do have these games where people must have their friends click links do have rules against posting on websites that do not allow people to post these links. If you find any objectionable links send them to one moderator so it will be taken care as soon as possible.
