Don't post irrelevant stuff in a thread. If you need help then make a new thread in The Septagon or join Newb World.

maybe you have file type and creator issues... If I could get m1a1 to work on my osx machine I would give you a hand :(

are you using os x?

Dude, it would be so cool if we had these pregnant sentinels that were, like, all flaming and shot out baby flaming sentinels that would be all "YARRRGH!" then they'd be like, "WHAAAAR" when they shoot.

That'd be sweet.

Hey! here's a tip, in the Downloadable version of Marathon, the levels with no save terminal, just go back to the starting point and turn around and press the action button when your facing the wall behing the starting point and you can save!

It's a hidden save terminal only found in levels without save terminals!!!

P.S. I cant play the Mac Action Sack on my PC with aleph one when I was told I could, can some one help me.

I'm at work at the moment - but I'll see if I get get M1A1 to go on my iMac when I get home, then see if I can get the saving to work.

To get the other Marathon games off the mac action sack, you need to copy the files from a mac os x machine, or download and use a specific program (have a look in the A1 readmes for details.) Some of the other marathon threads talk about as well...

el_loco_grunto:

I've got M1A1 working for OSX... here is what I did -
I downloaded the m1a1 files from our friends at the Lh'owon Ar'kives http://fileball.net/marathon/item.fb?451353496

Once that came down it uncompressed, downloaded the latest AlephOne for OSX from source.bungie.org. I copied the files in the disk image into the m1a1 folder then launched A1.

Is this the same steps that you took? Saving and loading games worked out of the box for me after doing this...
