I am new here so forgive me if this has been mentioned before. I have been a regular at the Halo 2 forums at Gamefaqs and Gamespot for almost a year. I love Halo still play it after all this time and have been waiting for Halo 2 ever since I heard about it.

Anyways, over at GameFaqs we had this idea for some Physics. For example, A warthog is going at top speed and the gunner starts firing the LAAG forewards the warthog should slow down a bit, or if the LAAG is being fired backwards it should go slightly faster. This should also apply to when you are running or just out of a vehicle but to a much lesser extent.

Another thing that has been mentioned is it would great if we could shoot a rocket or grenade and have it blow up. This would apply to active and inactive grenades and only active rockets. And you would be required to hit it dead on which would be very hard to do in the Chos of battle.

And what about strapnel? Like when a warthog blows up it would be great if you were to recieve damage from getting hit with a flying wheel. Not enough damage to kill you because that wouldn't be too fun to be instantly killed by a wheel, but enough to knock some sense into you.

I have so many ideas I want a Bungie employee to hear just in case they are good. Please forgive me if these have been mentioned before, I am new. And if you like these there are certainly more.

One more thing, Frankie, if you are reading this, could you put one of your updates at the Gamespot/GameFaqs Halo 2 message board? There are some hardcore Halo (and Halo 2) fans there who would love an update over there. The link is:

Interesting ideas, I have quite a few myself, but I doubt that any of them will make it into the game, unless I were to head over to Bungie HQ and deliver them in person. It's a shame that there's no place for people to make good suggestions to Bungie, because there are some good ideas out there.

I'm sure that Bungie looked to these forums to see what people wanted...I doubt they do anymore considering the game is almost finished, but I'm sure at one time that was the case.

Nice ideas. There is a contact link though, but now it won't make any difference.
