you really can't do that. it's all in the movies, you can't make somthing out of nothing otherwise there would be no point in buying a $5000 digital camera compared to a $300 camera. So what your speaking of is just in the movies.

Actually, there is a program that if the picture's quality was reduced (ex. online), it can be sharpened to the original quality. But what do I know, my uncle is just a detective and I've done it before with some of my pictures.

it will just sharpen it, make it look slightly better, but nothing like they do on tv. I'd like to see a link.

actually it is possible. but it cost a pretty penny for the -blam!- to do it. It is a simple programm that if the picture is in good quality, does many scans of the letters and symbols. Then matches it to what it can. It does not always come out perfect though. but you do that and then enlarge. But your right, most of it is done in the movies.

Ohhhh, symboles, that i could see happening a little more. But in movies like enemy of the state where they make security video zoom in super high, thats just ridiculous.

no your right, most of it has nothing to do with halo. but if you read my first post it has everything to do with halo. someone reads that note and it could have more to do with it then you think.

I already know what the note says. Mainly because Sketch told us in The Underground.
