Hi bungie -

I don't know what forum software you use - but it is really dodgy. I don't know if its just me but seriously! I post a new topic, instantly refresh and its not there! Also I see topics which say "last message by - forum user 1" however when I read the message the last message it is someone totally different. May I suggest using invision power board or phbb, they seem to work very well ^-^

To deal with the thousands of posts made, the system caches topic pages and delays updating its post index. This causes the delay you see. If you're browser, proxy, or firewall is poorly configured, and doesn't obey the hints our server sends, it can make the delay worse.

Invision and phbb wouldn't even come close to being appropriate for this site.
