Xbox Live Messages - Updated

The alert box was removed due to annoyance, and this new way is much more simpler and efficient. Yay for efficiency!

Screenshot.

Oh, and if you can, delete messages that have already been read. This speeds up the request by a lot. I only had two messages in my inbox and it loaded the new messages within, at most, two seconds. Yay for speed!

Very useful.

Love the thread ratings, dazz. One problemo though - there's no way to identify thumbs up threads. Maybe if they got a little brighter?

  • 12.13.2009 7:11 PM PDT

I am the Arbiter.

The thumbs up lets u vote to stop the thread from going faded, the faded threads are the bad ones the unfaded ones are the good ones. Duh?

Yeah, except threads which currently have rating of 0 (either by way of summation or just having no rating) will still show on the forum page as a "good" thread, when they're more of a "neutral" type.

I'll figure something out.

In the meantime, you can use this page. It shows the top 30 highest rated threads, the lowest 30 rated threads, and the top 30 individually-positively-rated threads for today. The data on the page is cached every 5 mins.

Just say whatever else you think would be good to see on there too. Also, before you say it, I can't feasibly add in the subject titles of each thread - at least not with the way I have it set up at the moment.

Could you make it so the Service Record doesn't do off the screen? I can only view it when I zoom out of the page.

Do you mean you have to scroll to the right to see it?
What kind of -blam!- resolution are you using?

Yes, Apox, it is best to stay inside the boundaries of the page. Some people do not have large resolutions so they don't see as much of the extra space we do. The page is only 768px wide, just enough to fit those 800x600 screens.

Just received this message about my mini service record script:

Did you make this after you read my thread, or did you already make this before reading my thread.

If you made it after reading it can you give me the credit of thinking of it? If you thought about it and made before you read my thread, please show me proof so I will have a official = (.

thanks

tk~

You can "hack" it to support greasemonkey, and also chrome addons are coming soon.

I have created a Reach theme for Bungie.net.

Tell me what you think

Note: This wasnt fully working. But now it is fixed. If you installed it, please reinstall it.

It looks good, you may add a picture and you'll convince more people of downloading it.

Ok two quick questions.

What do you need to know to be able to create a theme for Bnet?
Also, would it be possible for someone to make a new Bungie FF Theme. I love the current one, but am craving something fresh and crisper.
