Subject: Whats your favourite Campaign mission ?

I don't like Two Betrayals because of the Sentinels and the mass amount of Flood.
The Flood provide a refreshing change of pace. That's why they worked so well in this game.

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

The second level is my favorite. Crash Landing on Halo and seeing it for the first time. Fighting along side all those marines and camping out in the bases with them was awesome. Watching Foe hammer fly in with the hog and then getting to drive it wherever you wanted made me love Halo.

The Silent Cartographer. Aside from the epic opening battle, the whole level really is beautiful. It's also, I feel, the campaign level that gives the player the most options regarding how you want to play: you can use the Warthog, go on foot, assemble a group of marines for cannon fodder; as well as which objectives you want to accomplish first.

I thought there were too many in some parts of that level.

That's exactly the point! They mob you and don't give you the chance to fall back and regroup!

The Library. When I first played this, I was ten, it was midnight, and I was extremely scared. Never had I experienced such a rush as being a little inexperienced gamer who barely knew how to work the controls. Thank you, Bungie, for blessing me with Halo:CE.

The Maw is amazing, but I'm going to have to say that Assault on the Control room is the best mission in Halo (and the entire series).
