175. That final run on "The Maw" The end of Halo 3 could not live up to the epicness of that, actually timed, run. Without a time limit, the end of Halo 3 was piss easy.

Actually, the ground would fall out beneath you if you waited in H3, but the countdown added the epicness.

The countdown added a more serious tone to the whole thing.

H3's campaign was a joke IMO

Aye, the entire plot or rather story line was truly exceptional.

Yep, the ending was dissapointing, the hog escape in h3 had no sense of speed like it did in halo 1, plus it looked like you were driving on some fisherprice toy falling apart!

The last level in h3 could v been sooo much better: more like assault on the control room in halo ce with maybe a covenant ship to infiltrate, maybe a REAL boss (covenant/forerunner) you had to defeat with laser and sword perhaps?

Not if you're going for Annual. I still remember the voices of my dying comrades...as I killed them for failing time after time.

But H1 didnt need achievements or unlockables for it to be fun. And if you weren't going for Annual it was pretty stupid.

I disagree. It was still fun, and epic. It wasn't original, but it did serve it's purpose.

All throughout history great empires rise and fall. How you ask?
Two reasons:
1. Economic failure because of either inflation or socialistic programs.
2. War. Their armies were spread too thin and too far from home.

The United States has bases all around the world in "hazardous" areas and it's economy collapses it seems every 20 years. Do you really think that history won't change? Do you really think that you can run the world?
