There is a picture of Zanzibar's beach looking down on a multiplayer fight, (there is a blue elite with a plasma sword on the top of the cliff) If you look in the bottom right there are a couple wierd looking things...first I was looking at the 2 trails (the somewhat resemble the lines that come from boosting except that they go from blue to green, and they arent parallel) and wondering what they were and where they come from....no one is shooting a weapon in that direction. Then I noticed there are 2 orbs right up against the right edge of the picture, it looks like one of two things to me...either 1, warthogs headlights (but I REALLY don't think thats right) and 2, maybe shots from a ghost? If I have overlooked something obvious or if this has been a much talked about thing (which I am pretty sure its not) please don't flame me, I'm just looking for answers.

Actually looking at some other pics it looks like that's just a single shot from a ghost offscreen, but I still don't know what the blue/green lines are

Then why does the starting point of the tracks come from nothing? It begins at a point (one set does) in the middle of nothing

They are the plasma cannon trails and the orbs are the actual plasma cannon plasma.

I am like 80% sure of this but I may be wrong. That screenshot doesn't have anything that E3 didn't have.

they are the tails of the ghost plasma shot. there going in the direction of the shots, and if u look at the E3 MP demo, its ghost shots.

Another thing id like o point out is the oxm pic of a purple sniper, however the 3 other other spartans you see in the pictures consist of red or blue (thier may be more im not sure) and the only games that oxm played where team games. So how in the hell is one of the spartans purple if they where team games? does this mean more than two teams in versus games?

Halo 2 multiplayer can support at least 4 diff teams at once, so colors would have to be different (in response to redleader)

there not attached because its a freezframe. in the real game they wont touch, but you wont notice because its so fast (like halo 1)

Thats fine that they arent attached, but it doesn't come from a ghost, (im not saying anyone is wrong i just dont 100% understand) If a ghost shot it the ghost would be closer to it, there is no way the one ghost you see could have shot that and backed up that far while the shot still being so close, the shot travels much faster than the ghost can...

You can tilt the cannons up a little making them shoot in that sort of angle.
