first, go to the Halo icon on your desktop. Right click it and click properties. Now, in the shortcut tab look to the Target line. It should look like this: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe"
Now, add -console to the end of the target line, it should now look like "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -console
remember to put a space in front of the - or it won't work. Now, ingame, if you are host, you can ban people by pressing the ` key, it's right under escape. After you press it, type in sv_players
Some white text should appear in the bottom left corner of the screen, it will give the names of the people in the server. call up the console again by pressing the ` key, and type in sv_ban #
subsitute the number sign with the number player you are banning
EDIT: if you still don't get it, go to the READ ME FIRST sticky. It has pictures and stuff.
