Halo 1 & 2 for PC

I bought halo PC today at Gamestop and when i went home and installed it there was no problems so i create a profile pick my color and go to multiplayer. After about 20 sec of a frozen screen it says " Halo could not connect to network and sends me back to main screen can someone tell me why.

ok don't contact microsoft
but try finding something in the options in the game or maybe look into the manual for troubleshooting like how to connect to the server or internet:)

I had that problem too. Probably a firewall or something interfereing with it. If you have Windows SP2, try turning off the Windows Firewall.

If you have ZoneAlarm, thats your problem right there. Close the application. That also works for most firewall systems (although some leave what are called "traces" or "remnants" which still interfere with the computer...).

By the by, if youre gonna ask for technical, pc related help here in the forum, try giving us some information about your pc, like brand, processor, processor speed, videocard, etc.

Try restarting halo,or else your pc
