Alrightly Recently I was playing co-op mode with a friend (halo) and happened to ride passenger on "The Maw" after I flipped my warthog being stupid... n' got a real kick of going off all the jumps and flying past enemies in first person view.... So that brings me to my question, what'd you guys think about an optional first person view for the driver and/or gunner of the vehicles on Halo2?? I say optional because I know it'd prob. be harder to get the hang of, and your line of sight would be reduced (you cant see behind your vehicle, unless they added a mirror ^_^), but IMO it'd be a neat little feature, possibly added in as an extra to the game (say as beating the game on legendary?) I dunno, this isnt going to make a difference, I'm just bored and was wondering about any of your thoughts on this?? I think it'd be pretty neat having a first person view while riding in the back of warthog barreling down the road at dangerously high speeds and trying to blow the crap out of covies with your mounted turret... or watching a grunt squash against your windshield as the driver...

I need a weapon.

I think that they should have an optional 3RD PERSON view for the guy riding in the passenger seat of the warthog. As it is right now, that passenger is worthless to u in multiplayer because he cant see worth crap. I hope they make him 3rd person so that a worthog is that much more lethal.

I agree with both of those ideas. as long as they are optional

That would be really cool everyonce in awhile. Like you said, optional. But i think you should get the option righ t out of the box. It dosn't seem very rewarding. "oh hey i beat halo 2 on legendary and i unlocked...brace yourself... FIRST PERSON MODE IN VEHICLES!" not to great. But i still think the idea is cool. especialy the bit about the mirrors.

Change your weapons. Shotgun, grenades and rocket launcher are all quite powerful in the sideseat. Anything that requires great precision obviously is not.

Actually

You Press X to reload and get in or out... its the action button... on XBOX you cant do both together. You'd need an extra button.
