It makes me laugh when people complain about ''greedy'' companies, since first of all the games, the extras they sell, and merchandise are their profits, and do you know how much it costs to develop a top-notch game like Halo 2? Second, you're being greedy yourself by trying to conserve money. Besides, just imagine you are working, and your boss decides that you have to work overtime. But he tells you you have to do it for FREE! They have to do work to make any content. So Bungie, if you have to charge for extra content, so be it. Yes that is true, but for certain people who don't have jobs or recieve their money through another source such as their parents they lost out on the fun because in most cases they will not be able to pay for the downloadable content that is not free. It is fine when certain companies release a bunch of free content first and then begin to charge, but when certain companies begin to make you pay from the start it doesn't make sense. For example, I have Splinter Cell: Pandora Tommorow and the new map(s) that just came out cost money. I don't have a credit card so I can't pay for the content and now I am missing out on all of the new maps. I just saying, it cost me more than $200 just to set up my Xbox Live properly, and then I find out I have to pay for content doesn't sit well with me.
