Have you tired deleting all the stuff from your hard drive, then clearing the cache, and redownloading?

First go to the system menu. Select Memory, select Hard Drive, and then press Y to view the device options screen. On the Xbox 360 Controller, press the X button, press the X button again, press the left bumper, press the right bumper, press the X button, and then press the X button again. You will be prompted to confirm system maintenance. Select Yes by pressing A. Note you will also need to download any updates for all games that you play again. Sometimes, this helps other times it is another problem that can't be helped. If this doesn't work I would try xbox support again.

Nvm, do what he says above, you'll be fine. Just make sure you delete all the map packs.

Only delete the map-packs and when you clear the cache no saves will be lost.
