You shouldn't be using a laptop if your want is to play PC games.

You know, it's really not all that hard to do your own research. In the time it took you to post this thread, and wait for the first reply you would have found a video card your looking for.

And darthbob is right, buy a desktop if you want to play games.

yea, its easier to find a budget gaming desktop than it is to find a budget laptop for gaming

Why not, it's not cheap but very doable.

Get the Nvidia 8400 GO. That is a cheap card but very good... for laptops. Price is about 60 dollars.

The blue ones stick.

Just as a precaution: If you do intend to play games on a laptop, make sure it is EXTREMELY well ventillated. Also, never run your laptop while it is sitting on any sort of fabric. That's a recipe for disaster, and seriously: How much would that suck to have your laptop over heat and kill itself just days after you got it for Christmas?

The bungie.net community is the halo PC community that is renowned for being unbelieveably sucky.

Dell, HP, Apple have all acknowledged bad nVidia 8 series laptop parts, as has nVidia itself. It wasn't the chips, it was the bonding material used to glue the chips to the PCB.

is there anything wrong with the 9 series?
