Hey, I need help with my setup. I'm using XBC, and I've done a few things, yet XBC doesn't recognize my Xbox. My setup is Setup B on the XBC Xbox Network Setups. I've configured my router to forward ports 8602 both incoming and outcoming to the internal ip address of my computer. I think the ethernet cable I'm using to connect my Xbox to my computer is a patch cable, but I might be wrong about that... would I need to have a specific type of cable for it to go through? I was reading the posts in this thread about crossover cables and patch cables. Wasn't the patch cable the one where the colors of the wires inside the cable were the same from one side to the other on both ends of the cable? If that is a patch, then I'm positive that's what I'm using. Also, if my Xbox is connected to my router, then it's not a wireless network, right? Everytime I tell XBC to look for my console, it asks me if the console is attached to a wireless network. I've said no, and it doesn't find it. I also tried yes, and it doesn't make any progress at all.
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
