Halo ce, is a downloadable program, that can be used once the pc version of halo is purchased. It is basically halo, but with no campaign options, only multiplayer. The difference, there are hundreds of maps that can be downloaded. There is better netcode, better graphics in some cases, oh and yeah, a lot of those maps roooooooooccccccckk-blam!-. The rocket hog will actually shoot where it is aimed. Halo CE can be downloaded from loads of spots.

Get it here. Once downloaded, you can download maps. There are currently over 370 maps. Some good sites are http://halo-universe.com/. http://halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=8&sid=10 That is a good one. A warning. If you intend to play this, the more maps you download, the longer it takes to load CE, unless you havea decent comp, and you download a map manager. Oh, and as you play, you will get links and learn more, such as the maps that you should have and should not bother with. Trust me, everyone learns, especially if you join a halo clan. Oh, the maps go in your map folder which is in the halo custom edition folder, which is in local disk (C:)/Program files/microsoftgames/halocustomedition. This will only show up of course after halo CE is downloaded.
