I made a brand new gamertag 3 days after the New Xbox Live Experience Dashboard came out and now when I go to Halo 2 the gamertag is nonexistant in the list of gamertags to sign in under. What is going on? Does anyone have the same problem? I not only tried Halo 2, I also attempted Call of Duty : Finest Hour and Star Wars : Knights of The Old Republic and once again my brand new gamertag did not come up. My only explaination would be there was some kind of bug or error made in this new dashboard update and now the systems will not recognize brand new gamertags. I even called Xbox Support twice and spent 40 plus minutes with them on it (both times). The first time I explained the error they simply suggested that the account was corrupt and had me walk through various steps. They told me to wait it out and if the gamertag didn't finally start appearing then givce them another call. I knew it would not show up so that was no surprise to me. I called back again and they had me go through more various steps. Once again, nothing worked. Now they have simply suggested to just use older accounts. This is a matter they need to resolve. This is their mistake and it ruins many peoples xbox lives experiences. The only reason I made that brand new gamertag was to play Halo 2 and now I can't. I would appreciate it if anyone could please tell me if they are experiencing any similar problems. Thanks.
