sk8er, i can honestly say i have NEVER EVER seen you on any online community, and i play ALOT of online games, including a bunch of mmorpgs.
but back to the topic
Killzone, the scary fog filled ps2 game where the characters have angular chins and glowing eyes, where you can carry 15 weapons (and these weapons are not balanced, it's still the same pistol wekaest to rl strongest ranking system) win 9999 shots for each weapon, and have no visual change to your character. It has been called the halo killer, i don't doubt this, as halo is now 3 years old, and will be nothing compared to halo2. So if the ps2 has only just got a game to compare with an obsolete fps, then it must be crap. (i've still got one though, im a but of a final fantasy fan, incidentally i also have a gamecube)
or
Halo2, the ultra relaistic game with it's own engine (not an overplayed quake engine that can be cheated over easily), own v. in depth storyline (not some human saving the world from a dictator with genetically engineered army *red faction ripoff*), balanced, realistic weapons. It will redefine the word graphics, and probably the term FPS, not to mntion it has Live! support, not just the ps2 network, which has no downloadables, no real speed and is chock full of cheaters and laggers.
Wonder which one i'll choose...
