Ok, this is just a random thought but i think it could work.

On Xbox LIVE!, when your on multiplayer, playing Spartans vs Elites, and the Elite team players is talking to one another using the communicator, the Spartan team should be able to hear them talking to each other but not in english, but in the Elite alien language.

I know this may sound crazy, and it would take alot of work trying to dub over the voices with nice flowing speach, but I think it could add alot of fun to the whole multiplayer experience.

Any thoughts?

......dont know half the idea of proximity voice was being able to taunt enemy players but you cant if they cant understand you. Also another use of it would be to learn their battle plans by sneaking near them which would also be impossible with your idea.......
