Well, the point of actually making a movie is to MAKE MONEY. If he was just making a documentary to show our country all of our vices without planning to make any money watsoever, he would either open a few tents in central park and popular places like that and let people walk in and watch for free. Maybe even get rid of a few mexican illegals by shwoing them wats wrong . I agree that you should never -blam!- about something that you CANT do any better. But, any SOB wants to make money b/c u cant LIVE without MONEY. And as Darwin said, "it's survival of the -blam!- fittest". So, he wants to live, and he wants to live BETTER than everyone else in the world. If he wants to make money and live better than everyone else, let him -blam!- do so. But i dont see HIM acting like a good president giving half of his earnings to the homeless or something like that. But, arrogant, egocentric fools do know how to make money no matter how controversial they are. Let him bathe in gold coins while he gives the camera man and the janitor 5 bucks an hour. So, no matter how mendacious or controversial he may be, he used the first right of the bill of rights, FREEDOM OF SPEECH. So let him -blam!- about Bush and let him say our country sucks, but dont let him make money because you, or anybody else that disagrees with him thinks its "controversial". Because if you see a movie that you arleady hate, then dont let the producer suceed in his goal, not only to get his point across, but to make cold hard cash with as little sacrifice as possible. If you tape your self saying why judaism sucks(im not saying it sucks its just an example) for an hour and a half, half of the country's movie theatres are gonna ask you if they can play your movie. Plus, if your let him make a bunch of money, its gonna seem EVEN more like his opinion is correct because more people are watching it. So money and controversy complement each other so often and so easily that the only way to make people not care about it is to not participate. Its just a fad and it will be over by the time bush leaves office. Movies like to kill a mockingbird will never die because they simply are GREAT and because they depict an important message that LASTS. Moore's movie is all curerent events and thats how long it will last, only current times!
Of course this is just the opinion of a twelve year old who's typing with one hand because he has ice on his left shoulder from one too many backhand top spin shots. So dont flame me for thinking...strangely.
