Do you think that you should be able to repair the warthog when it gets damaged. I like it in other games like UT 2004 but i dont know if it would be good for halo 2. What do you think?

Na, it brings more strategy and a war like feel to the game to have destructible vehicles, and besides in multiplayer the vehicles look like they respawn.

what should happen is like whats left of the warthog or whatever vehicle is blown up another one comes in but the old ones dead chassis would stay and then dissappear after a while

It would be fantastic if in Campaign mode you could get an Engineer to fix your vehicle. It wouldn't be necessary though in multi-player because vehicles just respawn when destroyed.

in the storry it would be cool to have like repair buildings that almost instantly repair the vehicul

Yeah, maybe. But if they made it to complicated it would seem more like playing Need for Speed than Halo 2. I agree that they should respawn.
