"The road less traveled is often better than the beaten path"

I can't even begin to tell you how much I absolutely despite button combinations. Now I don't want you getting the wrong idea about me that I might hate them because I can't do them. To me I find them rather easy to do, but do I indulge myself in it, no. And here's why.
In my opinion button combos have nearly broken any sort of enjoyment I find in this game. My main reason for occasionally returning is the community it holds. The main reason for leaving occasionally, the community. There is a common, and tremendous way of thinking that spurs people to think that simply because they can manipulate the game in ways it wasn't intended to be, are better than someone that cannot. Obviously Bungie did not intend to have Halo 2 riddled with so many glitches. It was meant to be a fair and competitive game. Whether or not you can double shot the poor mate that is unaware how to double shot should not determine whether or not you win.
It should be based on actual skill (i.e. aiming at the head, strafing, et cetera) not the amount of bullets that can fly out of your gun at one time. The ability to defeat the coding of the game doesn't make you any more skilled than someone that can't. It never should. In essence I personally condone, very strongly, the use of any glitching/manipulating of the map in a matchmaking setting. But such as modding, button combinations are fine with me so long as they are contained in the friendly setting of Customs. Otherwise it is cheating. Bungie has even stated it to be.

Bravo!!!!! Well said!!!!
