I was wondering, since you can dual weild then can you dual weild on both wepons. I mean dual weild with one set then be able to switch to another set?

No, you can only carry 2 weapons, technically 3 if you are dual weilding, but to switch weapons you must drop one.

You can only hold 3 weapons on your body at a time....I doubt it

Nope. Read the FAQ or the " Humpday" News subject. its talks all about dual weilding. You can dual weild a set, and have another gun in reserve, but you have to throw away the second before you can use your reserve. If you read what it says and watch some of the gameplay video, it all adds up.

You have to drop one of the dual wielded wpns?? ....

One thing I noticed for some reason is that it doesn't show ammo/energy bar for each wpn...weird. Also reloading takes much longer when you dual wield.

1. If you're holding a single weapon, you press X to pick up and use another (just like original Halo), or Y to dual-wield the new-found one.
2. If you have a weapon in reserve, and one in hand, you can still press and hold Y to pick up and dual wield another. The reserve weapon stays in reserve 'til you select it.
3. You can't throw grenades while dual wielding, nor can you melee attack.
4. You can't dual-wield anything stupid, like two sniper rifles. Only weapons that can be used in one hand!
5. You cannot triple wield.
6. You can see bullet or charge information for both guns in the HUD. You can also see what (if any) your reserve weapon is.
7. There is no spoon. That said, no decision has been made on the availability of a spoon as downloadable content.
'

There has been no mention of dropping one of your dual wielded weapons when switching to the reserve.

And Drez the HUD at e3 was only a filler. Who knows what it will loook like, and since Bungie aren't morons they will make it so it works.

And how do you know about dual weilding reload times?
The vids show a needler and smg reload....and both are pretty darn quick (seeing how you only need one hand to reload). And if you mean it takes longer because there's two guns...well no -blam!-.

I saw a video of this guy with a smg and needler and the smg took forever to reload, while the needler did not. It's that freewebs.com site. And if you're only reloading with one hand, don't you think it's gonna take longer? Why would it be shorter....

Yea the SMG does take like an extra half a second to reload when dual wielding.
