Yes, but there'll be a few problems.
Unlike Halo 1 Xbox, Halo 1 PC's user-input is carried-out by the keyboard (obviously). So this means that, say, if you want to strafe to the left, it won't work as expected. This is because, since H1PC is operated by keyboard keys, it only knows two states: "Moving", and "Not moving"--you either run at full speed, or you don't. While the Xbox version allowed you to have variable speeds, depending on how far you moved the thumbstick.
Also, the drivers for the Xbox 360 controllers suck, and have a messed-up "dead zone". Expect yourself to be constantly moving to the left, unless you some replacement drivers.
