Both can play it.
Your second system is probably gonna be better than system number one. Both of them, however, aren't going to run them very well at all.

i'd say the second one is better... my pc just barely runs h2v as far as my graphics card goes.. if you want i could help you optimize it, because i have this mod that resizes the window for better fp/s and there's other thing's i've done to my pc as well.. i could do with a better rig though...

Is a ATI Radeon HD 3450 Graphics with M82-SCE with up to 2302MB total graphics memory with 512MB dedicated a good gfx card? And do any of you have laptops under 1000 to recommend? I have been looking into getting a new laptop and want to be able to play h2 and cod 4 on it. Thanks for being so helpful!

That card will still barely run H2.

Dell Studio 17 laptop comes with a ATI 3650HD, and I was able to run H2 pretty decently on medium settings.

I was pretty happy with it. Although now I'm selling it b/c I'm now running an Alienware M17 w/ Crossfired ATI 3870's.

true.. i have an nVidia 6150 se.. with my tweaked settings(mainly for performance) i play just fine (even though, yes i use a customized window size besides 800x600)

so even though i just barely run the game, i can play it just fine.. imo most games have a bunch of crap that just prettifies them... otherwise system requirements would probably be down..

lol

Both computers should run Halo 2 Vista fairly well.

If anybody here has actually played H2V, they'd tell you that neither one of those will be able to run Halo 2 Vista. The video cards (or integrated, video cards, rather) are not powerful enough to run the game.
