Enterprise-E (Sovereign Class), it's great. Loved it in Nemesis.

Anyway I kinda Liked the original Enterprise-NX 01 from the Enterprise series, but it had no sheilds and a ship without sheilds is like a bird without wings. Errr, kinda.

I noticed that too. I did think that at that point of time everyone was into land buggies.

All Sci-fi univereses writers were doing it. Star Trek, Halo, etc.

Love Land Buggies. YEAH!

There are several reasons Jay's not a Trekkie which won't be gone into for fear of being flamed by fanboy geeks... Kudos must be given to Star Trek for having the only TV/movie starship that looks right to Jay, though. It's the spherical Borg thing, of which Jay has a big picture on one desktop sometimes. A big wallpaper of a Sovereign is cycled with the above mentioned. It's the slickest looking cheesy SF starship seen by Jay. It doesn't look very functional or durable, but it is real pretty- including the name. It's kinda reminiscent of the Excelsior one, but without the awkward hump. The designer(s) of both of those need to be sculptors.

The Borg cubes are absolutely loved to death, Jay can't help laughing upon seeing them. Does any one here know why they're cubes? Do they connect like legos or something?

Guys, get over yourselves. Geeks are geeks are geeks.

Also, if you can't post on topic, don't post at all.

(Off topic) No they are not lego. And there are also other Ship shapes as well. The Borg also have ships that were assimalated in their hives as well. Nuff said me thinks.

Jay doesn't think that's off-topic. Whether they have a good reason for being of that shape determines how much Jay likes them! If they're just that way for no reason at all, Jay thinks the shape's horrible. If they're that way so as to tesselate, Jay thinks that's forking awesome! A dodecahedron might be better for that, though, since it tesselates and has a better volume:area ratio. For any space vessel that encounters combat, Jay would want the best use of space for the exposed area that needs be protected. If they are to link up without wasting space, Jay would choose dodecahedra over any other shape or combination because it doesn't require different shapes in a particular ratio.
