I hate spiders but I'm not completly terified of them. One time I tore apart my room with a baseball bat to kill one.

There are two groups of people in the world - those that hope, and those that wish. The first group hopes that nothing bad will happen. The second group wishes that they are there when it does. Which one are you?

Note: that pic of the Camel Spider is just about accurate to scale, they can get a little bigger.

No they aren't poisonous, and they live in the desert. Though I'm not sure if they are anywhere besides Iraq.

I am the supreme wuss when it comes to spiders...

HAHA.

I think spiders are fine as long as they stay away 5 mile away from me at all times. When they disregard my restraining order against them, they pay dearly ;).

Is this what's meant by "Camel Spider"? Jay would like to point out that it's not a spider,(despite the common name) but a non-spider arachnid. Those interested shoud Google "Solifugae". Jay saw one of these things on some documentary on something else entirely and wondered what the heck they are since they look closely related to spiders despite being obviously not spiders...

Who is Jay? Are you refering to yourself?

Wortwortwort! Yes, Jay speaks this way. It's a joke in honor of several things that have been said around Jay.

Kay-
Jay's sex is indeterminate on this forum because many would view Jay's posts through some kinda prejudices knowing which Jay is.

That was NOT fun.

If a spider is bigger than my four fingers, then it has no right to live.

If some one were to ask me "If a wild turantula came up to you, what would you do?"
I would answer,"drop it in the fireplace and shoot it with a BB gun."

That would work provided the fireplace had a fire going in it at the time.

*is traumatized by Reclaimer's graphic description of spider torture*
Jay would either photograph it or wish for a functioning camera.

With B.B. gone, the passion of Bungie.net has lessened.

I feel sorry for all spiders that incur the rath of well... you guys...

Anyway, I can't find a pick of a vinegroon, unfortunately... But they do look somewhat like the camel spider... and also like "soliquids" or "soliquipods" or whatever they're called... but I remember them being a little bit different.

Anyone else know what vinegroons are? If so, can you provide me with the real name? Or provide a pic? If so, I'd be greatful.

I am known for my torturous ways.
My evilest of all was when I pinned a bee down by his stomach with a toothpick, then grated off his head with a jagged rock.
WOO!
