Does anyone still play? I just started playing again and cannot find even one person searching in skirmish.

RIP Halo 2

;( Unfortunately. I have so many good memories of Skirmish.

Why are you here?

For the most part it is, but my friend and I searched for fun one time, (he was a 29 and I was a 15) and we found one random who would be around 25-29.

Do people still play Halo 2 seriously?

Just because Halo 3/other games have been released doesn't make Halo 2 un-enjoyable. People have their preferences, and playing Halo 2 happens to still have its spark for some. I am one of those people.

As for skirmish, it's not completely dead, but like people have already stated, there are very, very few still in that playlist. We all know that Halo 2's population isn't exactly thriving, and most of the time players like to stick with Slayer gametypes, so that ends up leaving few people in the skirmish playlist. I'm sure if you were to play on a weekend there would be a considerably greater number of people on Halo 2 overall, so that would probably be your best time to find a skirmish match :-)

I didn't say anything about Halo 2 being un-enjoyable. I asked if people still play it seriously? Not if Halo 2 is still fun to play. Serious gaming is the opposite of just playing for fun.
