Ummm, yes, because his rank would be Cheif Master Sergeant of the Navy. This is said Cheif Master for short. I have already asked 2 people i know who have been in the Military.
Edit: Sorry, this may be wrong for Navy, but this is the rank in Airforce, so i assumed they were shortened in the same way. The airforce rank would be said Cheif MasterThats entirely wrong. It is "Master Chief". My dad is the same rank (Navy). BTW, "Sergeant" is not something used in the Navy either.
And as i said in the edit, i'm thinking of the Airforce, not Navy. I said i was wrong already.
