Erg... I was just thinking about this...
In the E3 demo, you'll notice at the beginning of the level, the medics pounding away at shrapnel scarred and mutilated marine bodies... Is this just for the video to give more "feeling" to the demo, or do you think that there will actually BE medics in Halo 2, that can actually do something, such as refill marine health, because if you noticed in Halo: CE, the MC is the only guy that can pick up the first aid kits???

"The way of the warrior is the path of shadow. The gift of the warrior is to percieve that which cannot be seen. The spirit of the warrior is to strike in a single moment. The destiny of the warrior is balance in all things. And when balance is lost... all that is left is the reckoning."

That would be cool, But I think it was just for the feeling, instead of being practical.

I hope in Multiplayer you have the choice to have a gametype that lets you play as a Medic, Assault, Supplyer, Spec Ops. I wouldnt mind being a medic in Halo 2. Not giving any reasons. *coughMyNamecough* lol

That would be kind-of stupid to play as different types, for Halo. That reminds me of Battlefield.

I hope they have medics in the single player game but I could do without them in the multiplayer games... that's only my personal preference. I don't want halo 2 to turn into unreal the awakening with people constantly switching teams/player types. It gets old real quick.

I actually like the class system... but it simply doesn't belong in Halo.

It would be cool and it would make the teamplay better but it would require to many players and be little to complicated the game would get slower...

(ignore sk8er)

why would you need medics in Multiplayer? Theres health packs, and you die way to fast anyways. and marines in single player deserve to die. all that shrapnel you guys are talking about is from there own grenades.

Play as a team win as a team or die as a team!

I think like at some places there should be a checkpoint that when u have Marines and u are going to pick up a med kit the Medic can help the Marines. Or maybe they don't need medics because maybe the Marines are that good. LoL But a medic will be cool.

Aparantly if a marine is injured another marine will pull him out of the way or help in someway. I dont know if his is perminant but it may just be like the e3 03 demo as-in its just to add to the atmosphere. Rgis was mentioned on a german website.
www.halo-game.com It was quite a few weeks ago! Look it up if you speak german.
