I have an idea that would be great. A record/playback feature built into the game. You can play the levels and watch yourself whoop some face from a different angle.

It could be a little hook to make people want to play. A little prize for finishing the next Legendary mode or something. I doubt it will happen, but I think if it did, it could make for some interesting movies. (You think the Warthog Jumping movies are good now...)

Just speculation and wishing. Don't take any credence to what I have said.

Just record it on a VCR or something.

You can't do that.

Why couldn't you? I have seen it in other games plenty of times. Say you play through the first level, after you beat it you could watch a replay from a 3rd Person POV. I never said it would be done or that I heard from someone it was happening, just a really -blam!-in' idea as a Quirk. Can never have to many things to unlock. Replay value is a valuable asset (like Halo 2 will need it)

Yes you can. I do it at my cousin's house. I've recorded some mad vehicle launches.

All they would need is a server to host the replays. Look at Driv3r's File sharing program for live. Seeing that they will be rich after the release, you think they could do that for us. ;)

Looks like its happening. According to the leaked Screenshots, there IS an option to record the game. Hell yeah to Bungie.

Not only does halo 2 have that feature, but I play my xbox on my computer, on my monitor anyway. But yea, I have audio/video ports built into my comp, and a program called giga pocket, exclusive to sony vaio's. With this program I can record any game I'm playing on my monitor ^_^, but anywho..
