hmmm, do you have the USB connector? I believe they should come with driver disks

google "XBCD" and click on the first or second link - it should be there. It has a nice calibration suite.

A lot of them don't come with drivers...some do give instructions on where to get them, though.

All of them are pretty much the same. However, I do know XBCD was promoted by the website I bought the xbox->USB adapter from. It's pretty much the first one made as freeware for download, at least that I know of.
