Seriously, halo has mostly been about greek history so far. For example:
-Mjolner Armor- Mjolner was the greek god Thor's hammer.
Wrong, Thor is Norse Mythology.
-Will of the Gods...- The greeks are polytheistic.
As was every other major civilization of the past save the Jews, followed by the Christians and then the Muslims.
-Spartan- Spartans were greeks from the greek city-state who were very strong and amazing warriors and athletes.
The Ancient Greeks Spartans took their young at the age of six and taught them in the art of war. They made an unstopable army. In halo, the SPARTAN project was when they took 6 year olds and made an unstopable army out of them by training them in the art of war, and genetically enhancing them.
there are more, but i forgot them.
But why would they all of the sudden shift from a greek based game to an egyptian or a christain based game. I'm sure ill find some more information.
Well they are using all forms of reference, not just Greek, but Norse, Christian etc. It adds to the story and makes it harder on us to decipher. =)
Achilles
thor was not only norse but also part of the greek history. dont try to know what your talking about verse me cuz im part greek.
