It's a cheap glitch that I always forget about when I go back to Halo 2. I suggest you don't use it, because you might become reliant on it like Walshy.

Can you believe it?

I don't use it, but it gives you an instant kill. The point of it is to be a cheap glitch that people use to get kills because they can't get them in any other way.

If you want to know the combination for BxR, just press B then X then b then X and so on...

A more detailed explanation of it would be this. It is an animation glitch where when you press those buttons in order in rapid succession it causes you to do an instant melee followed by a shot from your BR. Basically it knocks down the opponents shield, then kills them with a shot from your gun.

It seems to me like the people that start using it become more and more dependent on it as time goes on, this is not always the case, but it seems like it happens more often than not. Some people see it as cheating, since you are doing something that is not part of ''normal'' gameplay. Yes it is in the game like superjumps, but also like superjumps, its just part of the programming code not working like it should be, thus causing a glitch. My advice, use the noob combo, it may not be as cool or whatever as the BXR, but at least its something that is legit.

Does anyone even read these?

lol.

A BxR is fine to use, it can get you out of tight situations more often than you might think.

This is actually the stupidest thing ever posted on B.net:

Why does everyone hate Halo 2? Maybe its because its the worst game ever next to mario.

BxR rules man. It is sooo simple to do and there is nothing better BxRing somebody up close for a kill. Plus it takes a full-clip to pull off so you just can't BxR anybody during a battle. Hell yeah I use it.
