yeah i got the powerbook g4 9800 radion ge force vidio cafrd

(its a laptop) and i love it!

im haveing soo much fun!

i used to have a pentium 2 then i got an ibook and then now this!

Do you do graphics work with it? Then I'd see why you'd want a Mac, they kick a pc's butt there. But, for gaming...err...

In any case, I don't want to start a riot here, but i believe that macs are superior (for what I need anyway). It's just that you have to give up availability of software.

Macs are much better computers but people don't reginize that. They only dsign softwhere for the PC's because designs think macs are for fools, but they are wrong. I am jelous that you are getting a G5, I'm running on an iBook. But at least I have Tiger.

It's not because they think macs are for fools, it's because they want to make more money. Which do you think will make them more money, PCs or Macs? I say if Macs work well for what you want to do, go ahead. If they don't, build your own OS.
