Ability Options would be something you could use to further define the type of game you want. Like if you wanted to have Warthogs Wars and just ram each other, without guns getting in the way, you would be able to turns shooting off. Or you could turn melee or grenades off, etc.

My personal choice would be the Mapmaker. A really in-depth Mapmaker. If anyone has ever played Timesplitter 2, they know how much fun a mapmaker can be. It would be great to be able to create your own masterpieces, and then duke it out with your friends.

I also think that being able to tweak the wheather would rock. Imagine playing with only snipers on a dark, rainy night. You would have to use night vision, and there would still be fog every where.

It would also be cool to chose what vehicles you want, instead of having to chose "All". I would want just Ghost and rocket Warthogs, without adding the overly-powerful Scorpions.

Pick one, and then give feedback about the one you picked. Or at least say why you picked it.

Well if you get a map editor you could do most of thoes.
One multi player iddea is bot wars when palying as eliets vs spartians. the eliets get grunts of course and spartians get marines. Compleet with random longsoward, sereph bombings and pelican dropship insertions, and the ability to destroy these vehicles before they make the drop, then you will get the real feel for the human vs covenant war in multi player

I would want everything except mapmaking and where guns locations are. I do like picking which specific guns though. I say this because some one will make a map that greatly favors their team. Then they will put only assault rifles on the map except 1 sniper and 1 rocket launcher that are right next to each other tucked away in some corner only the game's creator can find.

Actually, you can only choose a certain amount. I would like to be able to choose any number, whether it be 31 or 2009. And I wouldn't make stupid maps that favor one team. That's just -blam!-.

Map creators are fine if they can't make it on to live. People will play on them and it will be extremely -blam!- - unless they're a very awesome person and knows what they're doing. I always wanted just the Ghost and Warthog in CTF, but if I wanted both I would have to turn on the scorpion too, which was really dumb.
Other wise I'd love to see all that stuff besides the gun placements. You can already turn on 1 of just anything. Might as well keep it that way.

I've talked about this time and time again, but what I would like to see than anything else is you team health in multiplayer/marines in single player. Say you are attacking the base, your sniping (like I usually am doing) and you see a battle break out. I like to see who has the least health so I can help them first. That's just me. Think about it MC could do it in the books.

Out of those choices, the weather option appeals the most to me. I've always thought that a texture option would be neat, maybe like Animal Crossing. You could create a little symbol to go on your MJOLNIR. Won't happen, but it'd be neat to personalize your armor just a little bit so everybody knows who it is by looking.

By gun placement I meant you could choose exactly what guns you wanted, and where they go. If anyone has played Timesplitters 2 they will know how cool that was. You could pick up to six different guns, and pick where you wanted each gun to spawn. I liked the "Snipers" setting in Halo: CE, but I really would have liked a "Snipers and Pistols Only" setting, or maybe a " Rocket and Shotgun Only" setting.

And I don't think maps would work well on Live anyway. Too many people would create ones that gave their team the advantage, all because of some stupid random secret they know about because they created it. But it would be really cool if you could create maps that you could play in one-player mode. You know, where you could set up triggers, and place the enemies wherever you wanted. You would even be able to create objectives and missions.

But I would still like to play at night in the rain with a Sniper Rifle...Mwuhahahaha......
