The plasma pistol battle will be forever called the "noob combo" cause it takes no skill going head to head w/ an opponent, but that doesn't mean they should take it off of certain maps. Bungie is in a way admitting fault for making a weapon that's so powerful, then take it off of every map or leave it be. But if the plasma pistol is too powerful, then why did they go and make the frags 100's more deadlier than it? Three apponents toss a grenade start backing up battle riffle= triple kill? And another thing anyone who calls someone a noob needs to get a life. Seriouly, I know it's just trash talk but I think it's ridiculous. And anyone who thinks halo 2 requires any real sort of skill, should be shot. Why do you think that there are 9-10 yrs old out there who can whoop on a lot of folks, because the game in elementary by design. If a games hard to be good at ppl won't invest the time to play it.
Halo 2 is for the most part luck in my opinion. In the game is just catch ppl off guard, so you start shooting first, shoot first and unless your handicapped you'll get the kill. And other than that what else can you do besides shoot or jump like a wild-man and throw frags? Not much too it in my opinion. There are some ideas that require a really SMALL amount of skill to figure out though, for instance... In rumble pit steal kills don't earn em and you'll win, team slayer travel in a pack and for the most part you'll win. Oh and for anyone who thinks they can come up w/ some sort of defense against my arguments go ahead. I do really enjoy halo 2 it's fun addicting and easy to get good at. Oh and for those brilliant folks out there who are gonna try and label me a noob, I have six accounts at the moment for live, 4 of which are 17's, one that's an 18, and another that's a 19 (and I can fire up a new account and have it at the same level within a few days).... So try again.... The games fun cheating sucks get over it and kill each other.
