I personally started playing it again this weekend, I tend to always play Halo2 over Halo3 when I come back home either me, or with a friend. I dunno, I kinda have always felt that the jump to the 360 really didn't make all that huge of a difference gameplay wise. Even graphically wise, everything just looks bumpier and wetter. That is about it.
But I still like both for their strengths. I coulnd't stand it when the Shotgun got gimped in Halo2! Ok, so it was a little overpowered in Halo: Combat Evolved, but jeeeesh did they really bring it down a notch or .... 10! It was really hard to get used to when you were playing a certain way for 2-3 years at that point and then something that was just so ingrained changes.
Oh, another thing that kind of kills me when switching between Halo 2 and 3 is the "Reload" button is switched up. You can kind of get used to one, but unless you totally migrated more or less you are at least going to hit "X" a few times...again, ti was ingrained in the many games that I played doing it that same way for 3 years.
