my DSL is only 30 buks a month and it is faster than cable, it is special DSL from my company in new york only, so ha. but it is usually only 30 buks a month. not that much when u compare the price to T1 or the T.. internets.

I got dsl that runs at about 1mbps for $30 a month. not expensve here..

I spent more paying for pay-as-you-go calls. The cheapest you can get here is £17.99 a month for normal ADSL. Considering I've once run up a bill of over a hundred quid through my Internet use, that's quite good value.

DSL and cable both have their advantages. I myself am a Cable guy but I'm not biased.

In my area cable and DSL is 29.99 for 384 down and 128 up. Cable has a next level up which is 39.99 and 3000 down and I think 256 up(Right now I'm in the process of thinking of a plan to get my mom to get that plan).

Also anyone with SBC DSL in their area is lucky as hell they have some great cheap DSL plans. I with SBC was in my area.

According to "My Network Places" my cable has a 100 Mbps rate of transfer. But DSL or Cable are both good, they get the job done over X-box live. Get one of them because X-box live is too good to pass up.
