Since organized communities are usually more enjoyable, you should take your time to read the forum rules to save yourself some trouble and help keep the forums clean :-)
You may want to look through your downloaded items on your HDD and see if any of those are corrupted. You'll be able to tell if an item is corrupted by an image that looks like a triangular caution sign. If you notice that something has this mark, delete it if it's something you no longer want or need, and then clear your Xbox's cache. After you've done all of this try re-downloading the maps. If you've cleared all of the corrupted files and cleared your cache, you shouldn't get that error message anymore.
