It's not a video card slot, it's for a dial-up modem, I believe (could be PCI-e x1)

Any way, can you take these types of photos:
1. Farther away, full board shot
2. Take out your current graphics card

Another thing you can do:
My Computer ->
View system Information (side panel) ->
Hardware ->
Device Manager ->
System Devices ->

You can them take a print screen of the whole list and host it at imageshack or type up a list of the stuff under there. That's probably the easiest way. I'll be back later tonight to check for a reply...

he has no video card slot

that is a cnr(i believe) slot that is for some modems i have never seen

hmm... wait... it may not be...
i think that is what that weird black one on the bottom is...

umm

whatever the case, he cant fit a agp or pci-x video card in there, he has to get pci if anything

Unless there is another slot that is blocked by the card in there, you have PCI slots. Even if there was another one, chances are it is PCI.

Yeah we talked via PM. He has PCI only, and yeah that is a 56.6k modem slot. Usually they're on the bottom of the board, though.
