no one knows yet they havent verified it, especially about the bot thing, though I think it would be nice if you could have some bots so if your stuck by your self you can still play multi player

no, I hate bots. You notice that whenever you can have bots, you always do. After awhile of playing, you'll notice that the bots continue doing the same and are way too easy to kill off. And if they are too hard, it gets frustrating because you can't even give your opponents a good old name call. I'll be quite glad to not have bots.

YOU dont have to use the bots but others "such as me" would thourghly enjoy bots.if its an option feature then why do you not want it to even be optional, denying people the option just doesent make sense.

bots are good for sniping and training and its not like you have to play with them.

I know what your saying and fair enough because I had the same opinion. But you are not in my situation. When ever my friend can he'll play in a team, because he knows that if he does something wrong, he can blame someone else. Its petit I know but thats him.This is why I Iike to all on your own. I do play with his twin brother in CTF, that is pretty good. We're awsome at raids. Me driver, him in support.

Plus like I said I find that whenever you can, it becomes a habit to do so.

Now I could easily be wrong on this. A matter a fact, this isn't even on the bungie website, so it's 50/50, but this is quoted from another website-"alledgedly they don't have bots". But remember pple, I am usually wrong. No guarantees.

Having a bunch of Grunts or Marines at your base would be rather cool, enabling you to put more men on the offensive.

An interesting thing would be just adding a single button of interactivity like Glitch: Metal Arms, a truly fine game that has done a good job keeping me entertained until Halo2 ships. In Glitch, you could recruit bots with a tap of your action button at which point they would follow you loosely.

One interesting tactic of course would be to send one man with all your bots to charge the enemy in a distraction while another sneaks in the back of the base. This would leave a few spartans to hold the fort for a second wave.

cause the grunts can be for elites and the marines can be for MC cause they both are in thhe game the grunts are always found with elites and marines are mostly found with MC

Another intersting tidbit is that the bots would mess you up. A shotgun is such a favorite weapon because it's so effective against Spartans and Elites but isn't that great against a dozen grunts or marines.

At that point, an automatic weapon would be much more beneficial.

Bots are cool. I want bots so I can hone my skills. But Halo did not have them so I have to use dummy people for pistol practice.

I don't mind. It'd be a cool feature, to practice with, but on the other hand, bots might be too popular and every Live game would have them. If bots aren't in Live games, its fine. Also, I think if bots are included, you should be able to control what they do with the D-Pad.

Up = Attack
Right = Defend, etc.

Nah, I don't want to worry about commanding them beyond "Follow me" and "Stay Here". That's what Live players are for. They're the leaders, they're the heroes.

Freedom Fighters was really cool for sending men into conflict but the simple problem with that was it was much better to just send all your men to do your work for you.
