Hey guys, last night I tried playing Halo 2. But a message popped up saying that I have damaged maps. Well I tried to download them again and its making that beep noise. Also, it has a check next to the maps which means i don need to download them again. But i do. So can any one plz help me.

Yeah, they are corrupted and didn't dl correctly. Go here to clear your cache memory. You also need to delete the maps that did go in.

Here's something I just found out about.

If you have maps installed on your 360 but Xbox Live says you don't and you recently put a HDD into a console that the HDD did not come with, you need to get the licensing straightened out.

This happens when you get an Arcade and put a HDD in it or buy a HDD and put it in a console registered with another HDD.

To the OP; this may not be your problem, I'm just getting the word out to whomever it may concern.
